Most of our interactions will be virtual and usually conducted over Google Meet. Google Meet will also allow us to record our sessions should you ever want to refer back.
The main thing to bring with you is a spirit of partnership. Bringing your knowledge of the situation that needs improving and who needs to be included in addressing it. We’ll bring our expertise and an approach about for working together efficiently as a team. If you’re a senior leader thinking about commissioning us, we’ll need some time with you up front and at regular review points along the way. We’ll do the heavy lifting on designing the overall approach and engagement of key stakeholders, then we’ll need your input to review and shape what we’ve put together so that it hits the mark. Working alongside one of your internal trusted advisers (such as an HR business partner) is a great help. It’s also really helpful to get a sense from you, early on, about the time and budget you need to work to.
We recognise that your credibility is on the line if you bring us in and you’ll want a pragmatic approach led by approachable people. Not fluffy, not abrasive. Making sure that we’re a good fit for you and your key stakeholders is as important to us as it is to you. Perhaps there’s a particular context or history that needs navigating.
